Overview

The Agent Phone Plan is a self-serve subscription for bots and autonomous agents that need their own phone number. For $29.99/month, you get unlimited voice minutes and SMS to the US and Canada on a single dedicated number, no per-minute or per-message billing to track. It’s built for one agent doing one thing at a time, not high-volume outbound campaigns. If your agent needs to run multiple calls in parallel or dial outside the US and Canada, use a Build or Scale plan instead.
The Agent Phone Plan is a self-serve tier. It isn’t available to Enterprise or custom-billed accounts.

Limits

“Unlimited” is bounded by fair use and a few hard caps so the plan stays priced for one agent’s normal usage: A few things follow from that:
  • Concurrency is account-wide. The limit counts every call on your account, inbound or outbound, on any number, not just the agent number. While one call is live, a new inbound call hears a busy message and a new outbound dispatch is rejected with error code CALL_RL_PLAN_CONCURRENCY until the first call ends.
  • Call minutes are capped per day. Inbound and outbound minutes count together, and each call’s minutes are added when it ends. When the day’s total reaches 1,000, a new outbound dispatch is rejected with HTTP 429 and error code CALL_RL_PLAN_DAILY_MINUTES, and a new inbound call hears a busy message. The allowance resets at midnight UTC.
  • Max call length applies at dispatch. If you set max_duration above 60 minutes on an outbound call, it is clamped to 60 when the call is dispatched. Inbound calls keep the max_duration configured on the number. The plan does not change it.
  • Destinations are limited. Calls, transfers, and SMS to destinations outside the US and Canada are blocked on this plan.

Select the Agent Phone Plan and confirm. Your card is charged $29.99 immediately, there’s no trial period.

Get your number

A US local number is provisioned to your account automatically. You’ll see it on the same page once activation completes.

Cancel from the same billing page. Canceling stops the $29.99/month charge going forward.
