Connect Windsurf to the Bland MCP server

The Bland MCP server is a hosted, streamable-HTTP server. Every client needs the same two values:

URL: https://api.bland.ai/v1/mcp
Header: Authorization: Bearer YOUR_BLAND_API_KEY

Setup

These steps configure the legacy Cascade agent. The current vendor documentation identifies Devin Local as the default agent for new tabs. If you use Devin Local, follow its MCP configuration guide with the Bland URL and header above. It uses separate Devin configuration files, including ~/.config/devin/mcp_config.json on macOS and Linux. For Cascade, add to ~/.codeium/windsurf/mcp_config.json:
